HLB Vantis Audit plc ceased to trade on 29 June 2010.
The directors can confirm that the company has disposed of its key audit business, in a series of disposals. The sales represent predominantly all of the business operations of HLB Vantis Audit plc. Any outstanding invoices owed to HLB Vantis Audit plc, remain due and payable to the company and should be settled promptly.
