Joanne Regan

Joanne qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and is a key audit Responsible Individual for HLB Vantis Audit in the North East region.

She works with a broad range of growing companies, from owner managed businesses and SMEs, through to large organisations looking to float. She also specialises in solicitor's accounts rules, education colleges and not-for-profit organisations.

Joanne is responsible for the company secretarial department in the North East and is a member of both the Audit Academy and Legal sector groups. She is treasurer to the Hartlepool & District Hospice and sits on the Board of Governors and Audit Committee of the Hartlepool College of Further Education.
